I haven't used the book, but I passed it on to my wife, it greatly helped her on her beginner journey . so if you ar e a beginner / intermediate guitar player, it's totally worth

I recently bought this product to assist in teaching a teenager with her first guitar. It is clear enough in it's instruction for the majority of the course to be understood without be boring for her. It is at an early stage but interest is still high and the disc is a major help. Overall a very good buy and to be recommended.
