"Our dummer, Mr. Keith Moon!"

I bought these sticks for two main reasons:
1) Keith Moon is my favourite drummer ever.
2) I use 5A most of the times.
These are basically 5As, slightly shorter, thinner and lighter. I mean very slightly, almost imperceptibly. They feel nice, delivering power and speed, they have a good tip which sounds really nice on my cymbals, and they have a wonderful Union Jack printed on. I was looking for something a little lighter/shorter than a 5A, I didn't want to buy anything like 7A and stuff like that, and then I discovered that my favourite drummer's sticks were exactly what I was searching. Sign of destiny, for sure.

Brilliant sticks

Another set of great quality sticks from Vic Firth. Like all American sticks, the Hickory sustains lots of abuse, it leaves minimal blistering and they feel comfortable in my hands.

Für mich der perfekte Stick, perfekt ausbalanciert, liegt super in der Hand, toller Sound auf Becken, Snare und Toms, schön leicht, durch den perfekten Schwerpunkt lässt sich damit aber trotzdem richtig fest zuschlagen und erlaubt zudem sehr schnelles Spiel. Hat ihn wirklich Keith Moon konfiguriert? Many thanx, Keith!!!

Der Stick ist ein etwas geschrumpfter 5A und spielt sich sehr komfortabel bei etwas reduzierter Lautstärke, was etwas überraschend ist, wenn man an den expressiven Stil und das ausladende Equipment von Keith Moon denkt.
Ein guter Stick auch für filigranes Spiel in kleinerem Kontext!
