Jeg er begynder (har spillet i 7 mdr.) på alto sax og jeg har en thomann tas 180 med et Yamaha 4c mundstykke, så et ganske almindeligt setup til den billige side.
Da jeg skiftede til disse reeds fik de min saxofon til at lyde markant bedre! De har en god klar lyd, med god respons og fløjlsagtige lave toner.
De er dog lidt bløde og bliver blødere når man har spillet på dem nogle gange. Derfor mener jeg personligt at en 2.0 til 2.5 af dé her vil være gode til begyndere, med de hårdere styrker til de mere øvede.
