Thorens TD 403 DD walnut HG

Downsizing from a high end turntable, surprised at how good it sounded out of the box, upgraded the power supply to a linear one which brought the noise floor down to zero, the blue cartridge is pretty good but will be upgrading soon.

i was initialy apprehensive of ordering from abroad because of the possible damage over longer distance .but did not need to worry the turntable was well packed in two other boxes with packing material.
i have been listerning to music on record for over 50 years and have never had a brand new turntable before reading reviews of direct drive turntables over the years put me off but this turntable exceeded my expectations i am a very happy customer from the uk.
