Die Kunstoffpfeife ist einfach und mit wenig Übung zu bedienen, sie ermöglicht, wie in der Anleitung angegeben, Tonhöhenveränderungen im Bereich von bis zu 2 Oktaven. Eine einfache und unmissverständliche Bedienungsanleitung ist in der Verpackung abgedruckt. Der Ton der Magic Whistle ähnelt dem Pfeifen durch die Finger, dynamische Unterschiede sind im Ambitus von piano bis fortissimo möglich. Zur Verwendung insbesondere im Freien hervorragend geeignet. Aufgrund der einfachen Bauart ist die Magic Whistle leicht zu reinigen bzw zu desinfizieren, mit der geringen Größe und einem Gewicht von wenigen Gramm passt sie in jede Hosentasche.
