the NEVE name alone, without a doubt is a music production standard on a highest level. This unit is really something unique for the small studio owner...well what else can I say, you pass your audio (basically) through a "Neve console" which is pretty cool 😎

Whatever I run trough the 5057 it always comes out a little bit better, I love most how it transforms transients and how you get that extra harmonics from the saturation when you clip the signal a bit. Quality analog summing is what gives my mixes that extra touch that Im really glad that i invested in.

Der Neve Orbit liefert genau den Sound, den ich immer gesucht habe! Ich habe viele Summierer getestet, aber dieser ist der einzige, der mich wirklich überzeugt hat. Besonders die -6 dB-Option und die Silk-Funktion sind einfach großartig und heben den Sound auf ein neues Level.

Nach unzähligen Vergleichstests kann ich sagen, dass der Unterschied in der Klangqualität deutlich hörbar ist – selbst bei identischen Mix-Einstellungen klingt alles über den Neve Orbit viel besser.

Einziger Nachteil: Der Einschaltknopf ist auf der Rückseite. Wenn das Gerät im Rack verbaut ist, wird das Ein- und Ausschalten etwas mühsam. Trotzdem absolut empfehlenswert.
