At 2 killo, and a rubber ring underneath, makes this perfect for my use.
The thread adapter that's included covers almost every usable attachment, microphones or lighting, maybe high frequency horns.
I have a Boss street cube 2 which has a built in difficult angle, I use this roadworx base with a special swivel adaptor to straighten up the street cube for "on table or on shelf use" making the street cube a much more usable little amp.

Great stand for the price, solid weight and great stability
Overall great, works ok even for taller ground-based stands due to it's solid build and weight
