Great looks, better sound

This head not only looks great but provides a full tone jazzy sound to your bass drum. I used it both on the batter and the reso side and decided to leave it as reso since it looks so natural.

Bought a set of fiberskyns to replace my calf skins on my Slingerland Radioking set.
The fiberskyns are a perfect fit and they sound warm like natural calf skins, perfect for Jazz, big band, old school blues, great product I'm very happy with them.

Es klingt wie erwartet mit weniger Obertönen, als die klaren Felle und es hat auch weniger Obertöne, als die Rauen Felle von Remo, da die Textur schon einiges an Dicke ausmacht.

Mein Ziel war es ein möglichst natürlich klingenden Sound zu bekommen und da kommt es sehr nah ran. Man hat kaum den Eindruck, dass man auf ein Plastikfell schlägt. Es spielt sich sehr angenehm und hat ein befriedigendes Responseverhalten, was durch die Dicke und die Beschichtung kommt.

Wenn man es ungedämpft spielt muss man damit rechnen, dass es noch recht viele Obertöne für ein Bassdrumfell hat, daher gibt es ja auch die gedämpfte Powerstroke 3 variante dieses Fells. In meinem Fall habe ich es mit einem Dauenenkissen gedämpft und es klingt lebendig und einfach rund.

La fiberskyn3 est vraiment une des meilleurs peaux que j'ai pu essayer dans le style vintage a base de fibre. Cette peu est tres proche des peaux animal qu'on mettait sur les batteries avec tout les avantages de la fabriquation de maintenant. Je la recommande pour style rock blues
