PYRAMID Maximum Performance E-Guitar pure nickel round wire strings are specially designed for vintage guitars. Using thinner core wires and stronger pure nickel round wound these strings have a slightly weaker tension. The result is a great feeling and perfectly balanced strings with remarkable tone and timbre. The single strings are refined at the ball with coloured artificial silk.

Great strings

These are a great set of strings by an underrated manufacturer. Having tried their flatwounds and been consistently impressed (I think they're the best flatwounds on the market today in fact), I mounted these roundwounds on my Fender Esquire. The sound is as crisp and sharp as I had been seeking, important when you have only one pickup to play with, and the string life is up there with the best of them. Highly recommended.

Unas de mis cuerdas preferidas. No conozco a nadie que le halla decepcionado esta marca. La diferencia se nota tanto en resistencia como sonido como durabilidad. La diferencia de calidad respecto a la versión que no es Performance se nota aunque el precio también es algo mayor. Si eres de los que están mucho tiempo con las mismas cuerdas o hasta que se le rompan merecen mucho la pena. No son recubiertas pero el sonido, incluso al irse desgastando, también es bastante mejor.
