Conga Finish Protector

Our set of Meinl conga have got a lacquer finish. We really love their natural wood colour and bought these protectors to make sure that the conga nuts do not damage the other conga when setting them up for a gig. If you are trying to keep your conga in good shape you should definitely buy a set of these.

sie sind ziemlich günstig und oft (oder immer?) bei den meinl congas schon dabei. andere congas werden vor stössen der haken effektiv geschützt. die saver sind auch sehr stabil und wirken gut verarbeitet. der einzige nachteil ist, dass die mutter vom haken verdeckt wird und dadurch der stimmschlüssel auf eine verkürzte mutter angewendet wird. oft rutscht mir der schlüssel dadurch ab. und jedesmal die saver ab- und anstecken ist dann doch zu aufwendig. am besten mit einer ratsche oder einen L-schlüssel stimmen, so dass man den schlüssel nach oben drückt. dadurch rutscht man nicht so schnell ab.

sonst kann man sich aber an die saver gewöhnen. wenn das geld reicht, die saver von LP kaufen. die decken die mutter gar nicht ab.

Une protection indispensable dans le cas du jeu avec plusieurs congas.
Protège efficacement contre les choques latéraux et les blessures faites avec les tirants et des fixations des congas voisins.
Juste une petite problématique concernant la mise en place qui n'est pas très aisée ainsi que le volume que la protection prend.
Si vous avez une housse pour votre conga qui est juste à sa taille (diamètre maxi) alors il se pourra que vous serez obligé d'enlever les protections pour rentrer l'instrument dans sa housse.
