Ich habe die Sat 42, Sat 62 und Sat 82 gekauft und im direkten Vergleich getestet.

Die kleinen Sat 42 klingen erst sehr nasal und absolut ohne Tiefton. Nach etwas einspielen und mehr Dampf drauf wird der Sound aber langsam runder.
Es ist sogar so etwas wie Tiefton vorhanden, wenn natürlich auch in Maßen.

Dann die Sat 62, hier war ich etwas enttäuscht. Ja, sie machen deutlich mehr Grundton und auch etwas Bass ist vorhanden, aber sie klingen auch nach einspielen und Pegel drauf nicht so rund wie die Sat 42.
Irgendwie spielen Hoch und Tiefton nicht ganz so harmonisch zusammen. Für den Preis sind sie aber allemale für diverse Aufgaben geeignet, man darf halt nicht zu viel erwarten.

Dann die Sat 82. Zuerst haben sie sehr gewummert und waren deutlich zu basslastig, aber nach etwas einspielen wurde das besser. Für kleinere Beschallungsaufgaben (wo ein 8" TT reicht) machen sie eine gute Figur und können sogar recht laut.
Natürlich im Bezug zum Preis.

Ich habe mich für mein Projekt für die Sat 82 in der Front und die Sat 42 als Fill hinten entschieden. Mit den Sat 62 werd ich nicht so recht warm.

Genutzt werden sie in einer Festinstallation, einem kleinen Tanzsaal mit Sprache und Musik.

Nach ein paar Veranstaltungen haben sich die Sat 42 als perfekte Ergänzung erwiesen, klein dezent, günstig.
Man sollte deutlich jenseits der 100Hz trennen, kein Bass reinschieben.

Ideal für kleine Bars als dezentrale Beschallung wo kein/kaum Bass benötigt wird.
Der Sound ist natürlich halt irgendwie, durchaus brauchbar! Was soll man dazu schon sagen; 4 Zoll zu 50€ netto/Stück... man kann durchaus Mid/high gut laut machen und ein wenig Bass vermuten. Die gleichen mit 6 Zoll haben ein bissl mehr Bass.
Wichtig für so kleine Bars: Es muss Musik aus den Boxen kommen, bei Lieferung an Kunden muss der Lautsprecher gut/dezent aussehen und wertig verarbeitet wirken. Hierfür 5 Sterne!
Die Montage mit dem gelieferten Bügel ist für hochkant gerade gut, sowie quer in allen Winkeln. Hochkant nach unten gerichtet geht leider gar nicht. Das schlecht.
