Stereo Morphing Granular Sampler
Eight simultaneously usable sounds (parts)
One stereo sample per sound (16 bit / 48 kHz, max. 32 s) can be played from a microSD card, the input signal can be processed or the output signal can be resampled
Two parameter sets (scene A and B) are available for each sound, which can be faded between using faders and CVs
Pitch quantiser per sound
Ten controls for direct access to: Start, Warp, Scan, Grain-Shape, Blur (Reverb), Level, Rate, Size, Pitch and Tone
Memory locations for 48 projects with 48 presets each
Three assignable CV inputs and internal random generator for modulation
Sync input
Next, Gate and Select CV inputs for selecting and switching sounds
Morph CV input with bipolar attenuator
Two freely assignable CV outputs

Absolutely amazing granular sampler. This is exactly what we've been missing in eurorack. A highly playable and intuitive module that would hands down convince someone to go from hating granular to loving it. Speaking from experience!

Fantastisch!

Hatte zuvor den Arbhar ausprobiert, hat mir klanglich nicht gefallen.
Zuviel LoFi Gameboy sound. Multigrain überzeugt sofort im Klang.
Es klingt so wie ich das aber auch erwarte bei einem modernen Granularprozessor.

Aber leider ist die Bedienung etwas Blindflug.
Wenn man da so auf Granular bei iOS schaut, oder eben beim Arbhar der eine funktionelle Lightshow liefert..
Sowas fehlt hier, ein funktioneller LED strip oder noch besser ein Display mit exakten Werten und Infos.
Dafür hätte ich auch nochmal mehr gezahlt!
Der ADDAC 112 ist ja auch auf dem selben Spielfeld..
Ein Display finde ich bei Granular Kram einfach schon enorm klärend für die Orientierung.

Das Intellijel Multigrain ist eines der durchdachtesten Module, die ich bisher im Eurorack genutzt habe. Granular-Synthese und -Effekt in einem, viele Sounds können kombiniert werden – und selbst der Projektwechsel läuft flüssig. Polyphonie wäre noch schön, aber vielleicht kommt das noch...

Un module dont j'ai rêvé

Grand fan d'Intellijel et de granulaire, je me suis jeté dessus quand il est sorti.
J'ai eu un morphagene, un Beads, mais celui-ci est vraiment spéciale.

La partie granulaire (looper ou en live depuis la dernière maj) est parfaite.
Mais tous les éléments en plus font de ce module un outil imbatable.

Je l'utilise aussi comme une simple reverb, comme un fader de controle pour les autres modules, comme d'un enveloppe follower, comme un générateur d'enveloppe, comme un VCA...

Bref quand on le connait bien il a bien plus de fonctions d'un simple looper/effet granulaire.
