Great pickup

Anastas, 01.02.2018
Great sounding pickup. It is very easy to install.
It does change the sound characteristics of your guitar but that is expected considering it is not a microphone but a magnetic pickup. The volume balance between the strings is good.
I would recommend this product.

A lot of pickup for little money, and very nice

nosands, 27.12.2017
The old chrome De Armond pickup for clamping is better for my taste but the difference is rather small. For the Tone Boss can fix excellent and is an alternative to the slightly pointed Piezoklang. He sounds more like acoustic guitar. On my Fender Acoustasonic 90 he does not sound as good on the left jack as on the right but this is the tube amplifier from the post. The Fender is unbeatable on guitars with piezo and preamp. With the tone boss one must take the jack for microphone. I then installed the Tone Boss in an old Epiphone and now I can mix between Piezo + Preamp and Tone Boss (both inputs on the guitar amp hi and lo). It's easy and fun. It's a class of its own. Good also for 00 parlor and blues guitars and bottleneck. The hole is made quickly with a 12mm step drill. Please do not take a normal wood drill because it tears the wood. I always add an Artec Endpin EPC Jack Chrome and solder the cable over. So the belt keeps better. After a few weeks, I bought one more. For my taste the best pickup you can find. Another Bodyrez from tc-electronic behind it and it just sounds good and natural.
