Punches just above it's weight class.

There's not much to say really, and that's probably the best thing one could say about a whistle cause yeah... sounds like a tin whistle, doesn't have any problems in terms of tuning or response, nothing gets in your way of just playing.

Von allen Whistles unter 40€ ist diese die einzig akzeptable (damit meine ich nicht nur die aus dem Thomann-Programm).

Tiefstpreisige Whistles haben in allen Bereichen Defizite. Intonation, Lautstärke- und Luftdruck-Balance, Klang und Verarbeitung. Hier hat sie nach meiner Einschätzung nur wenige Abstriche gegenüber den ersten Whistles, die man als echtes Instrument bezeichnen darf.

Sie hat ein angenehmes Gewicht (Dixon ist sehr leicht und wirkt trotz höheren Preises minderwertiger, auch vom Klang).
Sie klingt fast so ausgewogen wie Killarney oder Lír (80€+).
Alle Clarke-Varianten mit Holz oder Plastik wirken gegen diese auf mich wie Spielzeug. Vernünftige Tonerzeugung Fehlanzeige.
Die anderen Generation Whistles gehören für mich in die Kategorie Clarke.

Fazit:
Akzeptable Einstiegsflöte.
Nächste Stufe: Killarney
Oder in die Gibson-Liga investieren und z.B. Setanta kaufen.

Spricht leicht an

Die Whistle spricht leichter an als die Clarke Sweetone die ich ebenfalls zum Spaß gekauft habe. Ich spiele selten aber auf beiden Flöten, diese hier ist flotter und heller vom Klang. Klare Kaufempfehlung daher (für beide übrigens)

je l’utilise pour mettre des petites nappes de flûte sur des enregistrements. Ca sonne juste et donne une petite note de légèreté et de douceur. La fabrication est solide et la réputation de ces flutiaux n’est plus a faire.
A avoir dans sa boite a outils musicale.
