Ich spiele seit einigen Jahren ein Tenorsaxophon und bei längerer Benutzung muss natürlich auch mal der Bissgummis ausgetauscht werden. Ich hatte mich zuerst für andere Bissgummis von Foreststone entschieden, die aber auf Biegen und Brechen nicht kleben bleiben wollten. Deshalb hat mir Thomann diese transparenten Foreststone Bissgummis zugeschickt und ich hatte seitdem keine Probleme mehr. Diese halten wirklich bombenfest! Um das aber zu garantieren, rate ich einfach, das Mundstück zuvor wirklich sauber zu reinigen, damit keine Klebereste übrig bleiben. Dann ist Spaß am Spielen garantiert :)

Nach wenigen Tagen Benutzung musste ich das merklich beschädigte Gummi austauschen, an der Entfernung des nicht vorhandenen Klebers habe ich eine halbe Stunde gearbeitet, so lange, wie bei Vandoren noch nie. Fest saß das Gummi auch nicht.

Mit andere Bissplättchen musste ich sehr oft wechseln, weil die Plättchen verrutscht sind und nicht mehr gut gehalten haben. Die Forestone Bissplättchen halten hervorragend, und können auch wieder abgezogen und neu aufgeklebt werden wenn sie doch verschoben sind. Ich spiele immer noch mit demselben Forestone Bissplättchen, in einem Zeitraum in dem ich sonst mehrere andere verbraucht hätte.

Die Forestone Bissplättchen enthalten auch keinen schmierigen Klebstoff, der erst noch mit aggressiven Reinigungsmitteln entfernt werden müsste.

Kurz: das beste Bissplättchen dass ich je gesehen habe.
