Perfect for vintage British euph

I acquired a Vintage B & H Imperial Euphonium from an antique shop in New South Wales, Australia. It came without the case or the mouthpiece and my headache was that the instrument only receives a medium bore mouthpiece, which is not easy to come by. Luckily I found this mouthpiece from the Thomann website. It is amazing that Denis Wick still comes up with new designs for medium bore instrument, which has gone out of fashion when the Sovereign model came out during the 1970's.

I just can't thank Thomann enough to have this type of mouthpiece in stock, which represents a niche market for those who love playing vintage instrument like me.

UN PO' STRETTO PER IL MIO EUFONIO, MA HO RIMEDIATO FASCIANDO IL COLLO DEL BOCCHINO CON DEI NASTRINI FINISSIMI. LA QUALITA' E' COMUNQUE MOLTO BUONA COME GARANTISCE UNA MARCA STORICA QUALE E' LA DENIS WICK.

Muito confortável

Excelente em todos os aspectos mas destaco o conforto que proporciona. Os sinais de fadiga surgem bem mais tarde, quando comparado com outros bocais de medidas idênticas.

Für mich ein sehr gutes Mundstück

Ein Mundstück zu bewerten ist immer eine sehr subjektive Sache. Ich möchte trotzdem meine Meinung hier zum Besten geben.
Ich komme sehr gut mit dem Mundstück zurecht. Es ist angenehm zu spielen und erzeugt einen vollen, weichen Ton, so wie ich mir es wünsche. Wer einen schärferen Ton möchte sollte ein anderes Mundstück wählen.
