dAndrea J-Style Pickguard Red Pearl

While ordering this low priced pick guard, I in calculated that the pick guard would just have a red and black pattern, without the pearl shining effect. The pictures on the site are not always giving a good impression.
It was a huge surprise that this pick guard however was really shining and got this original pearl effect!
A few screw holes didn’t fit to my base, but that’s always to be prepared for, just fill the wrong holes in the body and drill new correct holes.
So, dAndrea pick guards are very beautiful pick guards for a very low price!

I bought the pickguard as a replacement/facelift for MIM Player Jazz Bass.

PROS Fits perfectly, screw holes match perfectly, looks very good!

CONS none

Top quality 3 layers pick guard. High end material and beautiful colour effect. Really cool!! It adds a lot of character to my bass.
Thinking to the price of the same identical product offered by a more titled brand (F.... yeah that one!) the price of dAndrea offered by Thomann really blows me out!
I got 3: the pearl red, the pearl blue and the glitzy silver, to match all the dress code i feel like on stage ; P

Fits my squier jazz just fine, all holes matched up perfectly.
Looks great, feels good, overall excellent quality.
I would get this instead of the more steeply priced genuine Fender ones any day!
