Spiele seit 8 Jahren B-Klarinette, Buffet RC Prestige und Yamaha 650. Bis letztes Jahr habe ich beide Klarinetten mit dem Vandoren BD5 und Selmer Focus gespielt und war damit gut zufrieden. Seit ich auch Sopransax spiele, sind mir beide Mundstücke zu "klemmig" geworden und ich hab mir auch mit der Klarinette mehr Volumen gewünscht. Probiert hab ich einiges, gekauft habe ich das Jody Jazz HR*5 (Sound und Volumen sind grandios, bei guter Spielbarkeit) - und dieses.
Das DAddario Reserve X25E ist eine Art "Joker-Mundstück" :) Es hat einen wirklich schönen, satten Sound, eine super Ansprache und ist für mich auch gut spielbar, wenn der Ansatz mal etwas schlapp ist. Vom Volumen her komm ich ich nicht ganz so weit, wie mit dem Jody, dafür ist das DAddario top flexibel in der Modulation, sowohl was die Dynamik betrifft, wie auch die Klangfarbe. Sehr genial für Jazz und Klezmer. Und im Vergleich von allen getesteten: ganz klarer Preis-Leistungs-Sieger ;)
