Die Preset Libary könnte komplexer sein aber die Auswahl ist solide und gibt direkt den Vibe den man erwartet. Sehr CPU verträglich. Wüsste aber auch nicht warum man sich mehr als 10 Einheiten reinladen sollte.

Habe mir diesen Synth zum Aktionspreis gekauft. Ob ich den vollen Preis bezahlen würde weiß ich allerdings nicht... In Einzelfällen kann man schon gute Sounds kreieren die super in den (80er Jahre)-Mix passen. Allerdings ist eine Nutzung außerhalb dieses Stils kaum empfehlenswert. Außerdem beansprucht dieses Instrument einiges an CPU Leistung, was man in einem größeren Mixing-Projekt definitiv beachten sollte.

Klassiker, so spartanisch wie sein Vorbild

Insgesamt eine gute Alternative zur Hardware, klanglich wird das Orginal mit Sicherheit überlegen sein, auch wenn ich das nur aus der Erinnerung beurteilen kann. Die Tatsache, dass die Synthese/Modulationsmöglichkeiten vergleichsweise dürftig sind (die Software bietet ein paar Extras) kommt Synthesizer Neulingen sicher entgegen, ausserdem gibt es gute Presets und keinen überprogrammierten Schnickschnack wie bei so vielen anderen Softsynths. Vor allem bei dem günstigen Preis eine klare Empfehlung, für Fans von cheesy 80er Synthsounds.
