baguettes de qualité, équilibrée. le concept du tri (code couleur) en fonction du poids est intéressant, il permet de varier la puissance en gardant la même forme de baguette. on est très proche des zultan DW, avec une meilleure sélection du bois et tri du poids.
par contre, une des olives s'est très vite abîmée, alors que je ne tape pas fort du tout...
