They are sized to fit 840A (440A).
+ This increases comfort due to the material.
+ The depth is slightly greater than that of the original ear pads.

- They are hot, their walls are thicker and they are cramped.
- This changes the sound - the body of the sound goes away and the bass becomes less, some may like it, it just sounds a little different.

- 53 euros is expensive.

Best alternative for Fostex T50RP's pads

Excellent build and soft material (alcandara) with memory foam padding which raises comfort to the top. They open the soundstage a tad without making it harsh, by keeping the distance from your ear to the driver, pretty close. A bit pricey, but hey, you get what you pay for.
