I have never touched a guitar prior to this one.

Firstly, there are recommendations all over the place to get this as a first guitar. I highly recommend anyone else follow this advice.

Packaging was great, very secure.
Delivery took exactly one week to my location.

Contents:
-The extra set of strings and the picks are a great bonus.
-The pitch pipe is obsolete now unless you don't have access to the internet. A tuning app will do much better.
-The strap is fine but beware that it has a tendency to come off from the left attachment on the guitar so I would strongly advise to invest in a decent strap, it would cost much less than a possibly broken guitar.
-Picks are great.
-Capo is a bit flimsy, probably best to buy a decent one.
-String winder will suffice.
Overall this package is great for a beginner to play around with and learn the ropes before investing in something more expensive or realising you don't enjoy playing.

Sound is great for the price (although I'm not an expert).

The point is, as a beginner any guitar would seem amazing until tried by someone with experience but this guitar has been given great reviews by adept guitar players and IS great.

As per Thomann's service, 5/5. Love this website.

This guitar has amazing sound despite of its rather low price. The guitar looks good and there are no buzzing or silent frets. If you are looking for a beginner guitar, this is probably the best choice
