Ok, so I bought this one as replacement after returning other device and I could not be more happy. This works as expected, it does not create any unwanted noises and I can recommend it to anyone who has many devices plugged in and does not want to turn each one all the time. I can easily turn any of them individually and I can avoid standing up every time when I want turn on or off my Yamaha Monitors. It helped me organize my cables and power management.
If this device would be broken I would immediately buy second one - that can explain how irreplaceable is this device.
