K&M 10068 School Orchestra

I finally found a stand that fits in my gear case! A bit shorter than the others fits perfectly in my hard case so I don't have to carry music stands around anymore!

I biught this because an orchestra had them and I fell in love with them from the start. The normal cheap foldable stands are so unstable that music falls of quite easily. Also they are sensitive to wind or draft from in open window. The K€M school orchestra stand us very stable and has a closed top so my music stays on at all times. The top is made from aluminium so it is still very light weight. A small downside is that my magnetic pencil only sticks to the pole, not to the top and It does require a slightly bigger bag to carry it around. But I did buy a second one to have a spare.

I was really impressed with this stand, it looks great, is nice & light & feels solid. I transport with my other drum hardware & it withstands damage well. It's also easy to clamp on my K&M music stand light.

It works as it should.
