Kasleder Jellyfish Bass OD/DS

This is the pedal I've been wanting my whole life. I've had DG pedals and many others, went to to AXE FX world and came back because it didn't cut for me. I love the tone my bass produces and did not like what those did to it. This pedal, on the other hand, does not mess with the original tone of your bass (unless you want it to). Bass and treble set at 12 o'clock it only adds the effects, does not do anything you don't want it to like the others (scoop mids, cut highs, boosts lows, etc, etc...)
Very responsive, very dynamic, very sweet effect. No gimmicks.
No need for a blend knob as the drive knob does that too.

I have had many overdrive pedals on my pedalboard but never got the sound I wanted. After watching a Youtube shootout for best bass overdrive (this came first place among 48 pedals) I decided to try it out. It is amazing! All knobs at noon and there it was! A warm saturated tube sound with rich harminics and no loss of low end! Crank up the drive a bit and you get a nice fat overdriven sound. It is totally worth it's price and highly recommended!

Ich weiß gar nicht mehr wie ich auf dieses Pedal gekommen bin...aber ich bin drauf gekommen, und das war gut so! Vorab: Siehe Überschrift!
Das Pedal kommt in einer Pappschachtel, eingehüllt in ein (Leinen, Baumwoll?) Säckchen mit Manual und mit 4 effektiven Einstellungsvorschlägen. Einzige Plaste ist ein kleines Tütchen mit 4 kleinen selbstklebenden, flachen Gummifüsschen die auch wirklich rutschfest funktionieren und auch mit Klettband am Boden noch stabilen Stand gewährleisten, desweiteren ist auch ein Aufkleber mit dem Jellyfish dabei.
Das Gehäuse ist unverwüstlich aus Metal, schön in Orange mit rotmetallicfarbenen Metalpotiknöpfen. Ein hochwertiger Fußschalter überzeugt schon "trocken" mit sattem KLACK. Am Amp ist kein Umschaltgeräusch vernehmbar, Klasse!
Vier Regler...Vol, Bass, Treble, Drive erklären die Bedienung von selbst.
Ein sonst oft zu sehendes Blendpoti ist hier dank effektiver Klangregelung überflüssig.
Und wie klingts?...Kurz: Hammer! In meinem Hardrocktrio sorgt der Jellyfish für absolutes Wohlgefühl. Vol. neutral, Bass 13 Uhr, Treble 13 Uhr, Drive 14 Uhr und das Gitarrensolo steht auf einem fetten, breiten und füllenden Fundament, hatte ich noch bei keinem Overdrive Pedal! Von leichtem, fundamentalem Crunch bis zu bösem Overdrive ist alles möglich und durch den überaus effektiven EQ lässt sich der Sound von vintage knurrig bis knalligem Metal erzielen.
Für alle Kurzeinschalter: Achtung, das kann ein Immeranpedal sein! Ich bin begeistert!
