Un accesoriu foarte bun pentru exercițiul mușchilor și tendoanelor obosite sau cu probleme de tendinta.
Pentru mine a fost de mare ajutor sa scap de durerile constante de tendoane la ambele mâini.
Se poate seta tăria arcurilor, poate fi folosit de adti sau de copii.
Recomand cu drag pentru întărirea mușchilor și a tendoanelor. Spor la cântat!

I used it for quite some time and I feel it works with finger muscles. The only reason I gave it this rating is because it sometimes slips out of the hand. It's not really the ideal shape to mimic a guitar neck but it will work up those muscles.

I purchased this finger trainer due to the low price and was positively surprised with its build quality.
It sits in the hand well, with the rubber grip protecting the palm of your hand and after some weeks of intermittent use I noticed the strength of my fingers and grip already improving.

If you are looking for a budget finger trainer to try if it works for you too, this one is worth checking out.
