Good, but not perfect

+ Sounds great
+ Can be reliably powered through PoE
+ Looks awesome and durable with its sleek metal finish
+ The LCD shows you the peak level
+ All input settings can be adjusted remotely through RedNet Control (free software by Focusrite available for Windows/Mac)
+ Low latency

- If you need to adjust the mix, you better lower the headphone volume beforehand or risk/endure loud sounds. Two seperate faders for network and input instead of one crossfader and one mix volume fader would have been better.
- No way to power it down other than unplugging

ich hatte mir zunächst das Focusrite RedNet MP8R zugelegt, dass ebenfalls Dante - fähig ist. Hier hat mich aber tatsächlich die Lautstärke des Lüfters genervt...Das X2P ist DEUTLICH leiser, ja kaum bis gar nicht wahrnehmbar. Wenn man jemanden hat, der sich mit Dante - Kanälen und deren Zuweisungen auskennt, wird die oder der am Ende sicher sehr zufrieden sein. Unschlagbare Latenz-Zeiten sprechen außerdem für dieses Gerät und wenn ein Gebäude über Intranet verfügt, kann man von jedem Raum des Gebäudes, dass über eine Verbindungsbuchse verfügt, aufnehmen was man möchte.

Je ne regrete pas mon achat

Bon matériel. Il correspond à mon attente, sauf que je suis obligé de vendre mon serveur Waves, car l'ASIO de Dante Virtual Sondcard n'est pas compatible avec le réseau Waves. Comme tous les autres ASIO. Je me renseigne sur la carte PCIe RedNet qui peut être comble les lacunes de l'ASIO Dante/Audinate. Il me faudra plus de temps pour évaluer le réseau Dante. Ce convertisseur audio n'est que l'entrer/sortie sur ce réseau.
