Great Chorus for Acoustic

I needed a chorus for my acoustic pedalboard, never been a great fan of the Boss chorus pedals but I saw a video of the Fishman AFX pedals and the chorus pedal sounded very good indeed.
I’d already added a couple of the AFX Eq pedals to my board so the build quality was not in question.
I’ve been using the chorus pedal only a couple of days and I’d say all the settings are very useable.
There are 3 chorus types selected by a mini toggle, analog , vintage and classic. They all sound great. The usual depth, speed and tone are the only 3 rotary controls.
Sounds amazing on rhythm parts adding a 12 string vibe to the sound. Finger style parts benefit from the movement introduced to the tone, so all round, I’m really happy with how it integrates to my rig.
The main guitar I’m using is a Faith FNCE with spruce top.

Der Chorus hat 3 verschiedene Chorus Modi (Classic, Vintage und Classic) die via Dip-Schalter ausgewählt werden können. Dabei ist mir aufgefallen, dass der „Classic“ am subtilsten klingt. Ich habe bei mir die Einstellung auch nur ganz minimal eingestellt (Rate & Depth bei 9 Uhr), damit der eigentliche Klangcharakter der Gitarre noch erhalten bleibt, ABER der Sound etwas mehr Räumlichkeit und Tiefe bekommt. Man merkt im Kontext mit der Band, dass sich der Gitarrensound dadurch etwas mehr durchsetzt und mehr an Wärme gewinnt. Auch ist mir aufgefallen, dass das Signal ein klein wenig komprimiert wird, wodurch der Sound in sich runder wird und sich wunderbar in den Bandkontext einbettet ohne unangenehme Signalspitzen in den Höhen, die manch einem die Ohren absägen könnten.
Alles in allem, top verarbeitetes Pedal speziell entwickelt für die dynamischen Anforderungen einer Westerngitarre. 100% Weiterempfehlung.
