Daddario EJM75C Mandolin String Set

Break in fast and last a long time. Lovely warm sound, reminiscent of Phos Bronze. If you have the type of sweat that kills strings these are worth checking out - Monel is very corrosion resistant.

I'd describe the sound as a little less bright than most mandolin strings but it's certainly the sound I was looking for with a lot of middle and low end resonance. I can understand that some people might find that the slightly duller sound might have difficulty being heard through a mix, but I personally love it.
I've put them on a mandolin with a pickup and they sound superb through an amp or acoustic. I'll certainly buy them again.

These strings bring out the sound I look for in my mandolin, no questions asked. Whether it's recording mandolins or just acoustic sound quality, these are my preferred strings.
