I got the equivalent in Tenor and man...they sound amazing. The Ambika is easy to blow and easy to control volume. They are resonant but dark and warm as nothing else I have tried so far. It has a great and comfortable feel in the mouth, as it's overall design is similar size to a metal mouthpiece. Quality of mouthpiece, ligature and case is impeccable. Die Ligatur ist etwas kantig und wuchtig für so ein kleines Mundstück; funktioniert, jedoch benutze ich eine Silverstein Schnurwicklung mit der Omnicap.
Eine Kapsel war leider auch nicht dabei, deshalb einen Punkt Abzug bei der Verarbeitung. In dieser Preisklasse wünscht man sich schon bessere Lösungen für Befestigung und Schutz des ansonsten hervorragenden Mundstücks. Es macht Spaß damit zu spielen, Altissimo spricht gut an, Intonation super und es ist weniger anstrengend im lauten und leisen Spielbereich
