The effect of this pedal is very subtle, yet very nice sounding. Compresses your voice very smoothly, and one can vary the compression from very light, to almost heavy compressed. Though the warmth button fills no purpose for me. On our PA system it almost always results in a bit muddy sounding voice, and is a lot more sensitive to feedback. If you compress a lot it will sound like you lisp, because of the hard de-essing. But if you use it carefully and listen while you turn the knobs, you're able to find some sweet spots for every voice.

Maybe if used with an eq with which you maybe could carve the offending frequencies if could be of use. But as it stands and for what it aims to do, it became useless to me.
