It's a good size!!

I use them on the DT 770, it gives more sound isolation, better comfort and a tighter midrange.

HD660PRO ear pads, I put on the Superlux hd681, this greatly increases comfort. I hate leatherette.
660 more than 681 velor and 681 leatherette.
Since the ear pads are soft, the ear touches the speaker, but I inserted small pieces of felt under the rear, inner edge of the ear pads and it turned out tighter at the back and the ear stopped touching the speaker.

It fits well on the Dt 770. In my opinion it does not spoil the sound. And the top seems less poisonous.

Very good quality pads! Pads give new life for 10 years old Superlux HD-660, used in recording studio. Installation process is very easy.
Pads also fits the Beyerdunamic 770.

I use them on the DT770/80, there is more room for the ears in height/width/depth. “On my head” - The sound is less harsh, in the region of 100-200 hertz the bass sounds cleaner. Sound insulation is higher and with this some frequencies in the middle and lower middle do not leak out. I find them better and better quality in every way than the Beyerdynamic ear pads. These sit even softer on my head.

I bought several sets, unfortunately it happens that they differ in size (That's why the rating is lowered..
