Amazing project

This has to be one of the best ideas anyone has had. It turns your humbucker into 4 different pickups. I've tried it on a very cheap humbucker and it has got so much more interesting. I can't even imagine how this works with a better quality humbucker or with something like a prails. It's also very easy to install. Please note it needs your humbucker to have 4 wires, and it will turn it into a 2 wires one, so you will need to plan your circuit acordingly.

Not a direct replacement

I bought this to add coil splitting to a single humbucker/single volume control guitar. Unfortunately the holes for the mounting ring didn't line up and I decided not to make more holes and stayed full on humbucker only.

That said, this is a great idea and looked to be well made and well thought out. Maybe i should buy another one and try again...
