Excellent case with bad shoulder straps
It is a great, very sturdy case that offers a lot of protection for the guitar, while being very easy to handle and travel with. I even had it as checked -in baggage on flights and never had a problem. I wish it had a couple more pockets, but I see that the idea is to keep the case streamlined and tidy, with no protruding elements that could get tangled with other luggage or stuck to conveyor belts.
What really bothers me are the shoulder straps. Padding is really miserable--after two or three times carrying the case on my back, it was pretty much no longer existent. I don't see why they would have to cut corners in such an important area, particularly considering the outstanding quality of everything else.
I needed the case at the last minute for a trip overseas so I used it and kept it, but if I had more time I would have returned it, as I take a lot of trains with this case and every time it sits on my shoulders it is far from comfortable.
If you don't need to do a lot of walking with the guitar on your back, and just need something that you can put in the trunk of your car and is a lot nicer than a hardshell case, then it's excellent.

Very robust and safe, not so confortable.
Very robust and compact case. 335 type guitars fit perfectly. The guitar is protected from accidental drops.
The pocket is not huge, but there is room for basic things like the cables and a few sheet music.
I recommend it to anyone who transports their guitar by car.
However, I don't recommend it to those who usually have to do long stretches with the guitar on their shoulders, because in my opinion the shoulder straps become very uncomfortable.
Product on the whole of professional level, pity that the ergonomic part of the shoulder straps is of a lower level than the overall level.
