Too good for the price.

This snare impresses me for how good it sounds on high tuning, which is what piccolos are mostly built for. Everything is good, even if I changed the hoops to die-cast but that is just personal taste, I suppose.
It is really well built!

Buy it and be amazed!

Nice snare, a small bit lower pitch then you would think but all in all what you would expected from a snare with this price tag. One issue is the strainer, when playing a rimshot it loosens up, so you have to tighten the strainer. In a recording environment it would be a problem. However it may change over time. Im still glad i made the purchase.

De très bonne facture cette caisse claire délivre immédiatement un bon son, bien claquant et défini. La peau de frappe est bien tendue pour mon réglage personnel, les harmoniques ne bavent pas et le son au niveau pas du spectre est quand même présent. Je n'ai pas changé le timbre ni les peaux

Elle s'est intégrée parfaitement dans mon set et heureusement pour moi n'entre pas en résonance avec d'autres éléments de mon set (caisse claire principale et Tom alto).

Pour le prix je referai ce choix sans hésiter et la recommande sans réserve pour qui veut faire évoluer son set sans se ruiner.
