I bought this for use in my home studio both as a stand-alone Workstation and to use with Logic Pro X

The overall build quality is excellent for the price bracket, it has a nice grey aluminium top however the base, back and sides are plastic but well put together. Knobs and buttons are kept to minimum which gives the unit a sleek modern feel. The 73 note keybed is good give the price of the EX 73. The full colour touch display is crisp and clear and easy to read and navigate. The interface is really intuitive, in fact I have not read the manual yet as everything is so easy to find.

Sound wise it’s brilliant the quality is crystal clear. Great sounding piano and orchestra sounds along with the more modern EDM of which there is a huge selection to choose from.

The sequencer is excellent as I.m old Skool I love the linear sequencer which also has a piano roll for easy editing. I have worked with sequencers like this for decades and suits me fine.

The USB interface in MIDI only, it does not stream audio bu that is not a problem for me as it’s running through a Focusrite 18/20 interface.

Overall. Very pleased with my purchase. I had though about the Roland FA or the Yamaha MODX but this Workstation just came out shine it in terms of its sounds with suit my music and its features.

Great workstation but...

Did a lot of comparing between Yamaha, Roland and Korg in the 1000-1500 euro price range. The Korg seems to ground grittier, more ballsy... which is what I am looking for as I am into rock music mostly.

None of the bundled software vouchers are working however so be aware this keyboard comes with no software at all.

Se echa de menos un editor de los sonidos para windows, un archivo "ins" de instrumentos para poder usarlos con un secuenciador.
De lo demás, todo está genial

Produit bien fini avec une grosse banque de sonorités de qualité pour ce niveau de gamme. Les réglages sont simples une fois la logique KORG comprise.
Petit bémol, le clavier un peu mou pour les touchés pianos. Cela étant je m'en sers comme deuxième clavier pour les cordes, cuivres, nappes synthétiques... et il fait le job.
Il est beau et sobre avec un bon rapport prix/qualité
