Feeling , Sound , Optik , alles passt.
Zubehör und Koffer auch sehr hochwertig.
Wobei das Aluminium Pickguard doch sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig ist was die Haptik angeht , aber das ist ja alles Geschmackssache. Tolle Fat Strat mit Floyd Rose. Meine erste Fender Gitarre , aber wahrscheinlich auch nicht meine letzte ;)
Bestelle und kaufe seit vielen Jahren bei Thomann und wurde nie enttäuscht. Service , Austausch, Lieferungen / Lieferzeiten , wie immer unschlagbar . Gerade auch dieses mal wieder so kurz vor Weihnachten... Vielen Dank dafür.

Bin kein Profi, trotzdem wollte ich mir einmal ein solches Instrument leisten.

Als ich sie das erste Mal in die Hand nahm fiel mir auf, dass das Floyd Rose nicht parallel eingestellt war und dass die E-Saite schnarrte. Nach Rücksprache hat man das optimal eingestellt und sogar noch neue Saiten aufgezogen.

Ich hatte ein bißchen Respekt mit der etwas komplizierten Einstellung der Stimmung. Aber mit den kleinen Einstellrädchen läßt sich die sowieso sehr stimmstabile Gitarre fein tunen, ohne das große Besteck jedes Mal auspacken zu müssen.

Die Bezeichnung Ultra Luxe ist für mich sehr in Ordnung, weil sich die Gitarre wirklich edel anfühlt und auch das, was aus meinem Verstärker rauskommt, sich wirklich sehr gut anhört. Die Verarbeitung ist top und entspricht meinen Vorstellungen.

Ich besitze auch noch eine Gibson Midtown Custom und hier gibt es bezüglich der Handhaltung enorme Unterschiede. Bei der Gibson kann ich bequem meine Anschlagshand auf dem Steg liegen lassen und dabei auch einfach ein Palm Muting erreichen. Bei der Strat gehen die Saiten einen längeren Weg bis zum Floyd Rose. Hier kann die Hand bei meiner Spielweise nicht auf einem Steg ruhen. Das ist für mich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig; entspricht aber höchstwahrscheinlich der richtigen Spieltechnik.

This is the top of the Fender line - and boy does that show. The coil split function with the floyd rose make sure that this is the only strat you will ever need. Arrived perfectly set up. Such a pleasure to play.

Single coils strats sounds as clear and nice as expected, the humbucker maybe not quite as rich as I hoped for - but can easily be enriched with some stomps. Do not favor the string tension locking that much, as it tend to detune when locking and is a bit a hazel when you want to make a quick fix on tuning. On the contrary, once set it keeps in tune for long. Overall, good grip and joyful to play - and good looking!
