Ernie Ball 052 Single String Wound Set

I use these singles to replace the 46 of a std set on my hard tail equipped guitars (Gibson).
I play exclusively in Drop D, and replacing the 46 with a 52 provides perfect tension, compensating for the detuning.
I bought these strings to check them out and to compare them against the ones I currently use from another brand. The main reason being that the combined price of the single plus the standard set, also from EB, is considerably cheaper. It's also more convenient since they can be purchased in a pack of 6 instead of individually.
After a few months, I can say that they're quite good. They're bright, clear and endure heavy use and abuse without breaking or any other issues.
To be completely honest, I think that the other brand I use is still a tiny-winy bit better sounding and durability wise, but if like me, you tend to change strings often, the price difference tilts the balance this way.
I'm happy with these, and completely recommend them!

Pues que voy a decir, que este producto es una fenomenal idea, sobretodo para guitarristas que tenemos que usar muchisijmo la sexta y septima cuerda, debido al estilo agresivo a la hora de tocar. Normalmente rompemos la misma, y los juegos de cuerdas van que vuelan y se quedan incompletos, si te haces con este juego, te olvidas de ese problema

Cambiar las otras 5 o 6 es sencillo, y tienes estas como repuesto. Lo dicho fenomenmal idea, y calidad más que contrastada, Ernie Ball hace buenas cuerdas, si el resto de marcas se apuntan a a esta idea, seria fenomenal.
