This does exactly what it is supposed to.
Muffles the bass drum but not too much, sits well on the wood and is of good quality.
Been using mine for several months now and I am quite pleased.

This bass drum pillow, has redefined for me what to use as a kick mute. So far I`ve been using normal pillows or more or less solid materials for the kick. This product is different, its made of foam. Foam unlike solid pillows, dampens all the unwanted overtones without choking the bass drum.
Its a great feeling when kick has all the attack and focus you want without sacrificing the openness of the drum.
