Traditional shaped wide and short pedalboard

I selected this as it perfectly suits my needs. I wanted a board to accomodate a digital multi-fx (DNAfx Pro) and five or so smaller units (a booster, overdrive, tuner, chorus and tremelo).

I like my pedals to all be at the same distance from the front of the board, and the width accomodates this easily. There is still space for two or three more "always on" pedals behind these.

I also like the Mod Pro unit which is designed to fit in one of the unit's purpose-built receptacles and provides five TS mono 1/4" jack sockets, an IEC mains input, an XLR socket and a 2.1 mm low voltage dc input. This arrangement means I can bring the mains (to supply both my dc supply for the analogue pedals and the high-current supply for the digital) and use the four cable method to my amplifier, and also take the XLR output to my Focusrite for recording.

The unit is very strong and rigid, and has plenty of space for modular power supplies and a lot of cabling. I also bought the "shelf" unit, which is like a partial back to the unit and which allows you to attach heavier items and keep them enclosed.

Yes, it is a little pricey, maybe, but the snap-in units to which you attach the pedals, the accessories for attaching cables, the overall quality and looks and feel give it five stars.
