Lorsque l'on achète une peau de cette dimension, on veut du gros son! Mais il y a le gros son expressif ( un peu vieux rock ou big band) et le gros son centré (metal ou heavy/rock). On trouve facilement les deux extrêmes chez toutes les grandes marques. Moi je cherchais un compromis entre les deux: un son assez gros et grave, un peu d'attaque mais aussi un peu de résonance, un peu d'ouverture dans le son.
Je trouve que cette smooth white ( qui se situe entre une sablé et une transparente) joue ici bien son rôle. Le son est plus agressif (attaque) et grave qu'avec une sablé (testé en powerstroke 3 coated) mais on garde une certaine expressivité si la peau est un peu tendu.
Pour moi c'est parfait! mais ce compromis ne plaira peut ĂŞtre pas a tout le monde.

Ich habe auf meinem Force 3007 das Werksfell in schwarz ausgetauscht. Vordergründig aus optischen Gründen. Das Werksfell ist ebenfalls mit Dämpfungsring und daher sind beide Felle vergleichbar. Der Sound ist aber noch präziser und knackiger geworden. Innendämmung brauche ich nicht! Trotz 24er Bass. Kann das Fell empfehlen, zumal auch ein Verstärkungsring in 5,5 Zoll Größe dabei war.

Optimal als Bassdrumresofell!

Eleminiert Öbertöne und in Verbindung mit z.B. einem Remo PowerSonic bekommt man einen fetten Bassdrumsound mit viel Tiefbassanteil. In der von mir beschriebene Fellkombi ist keine weiter Dämpfung mehr nötig.
