Top notch piano bench

This is a great piano bench with an extremely comfortable cushion pad. It's sturdy, well designed and doesn't look cheap at all. It's a bit expensive though but still it is worth every penny you've spent on it. I've not been disappointed with any product that i've bought from this brand so far and i can blindly recommend it to others.

Dafür, dass diese Bank schon im mittleren Preissegment liegt und vom deutschen Qualitätshersteller K&M stammt, bin ich doch ziemlich enttäuscht. Die Bank ist zwar stabil, sieht auf den ersten Blick hochwertig aus und der Verstellmechanismus macht einen guten Eindruck, jedoch brauchte es 3 Anläufe, bis ich ein halbwegs akzeptables Exemplar erhielt. Beim ersten war die Verarbeitung äußerlich einwandfrei, dafür ließ sich die Bank aber wegen eines Gewindefehlers einer Schraube nicht montieren. Das zweite Exemplar hatte mehrere größere Transportschäden und sogar 2 deutlich sichtbare Risse an den Ecken. Das dritte Exemplar habe ich jetzt behalten, da ich das Hin- und Her mit den Retouren satt habe (obwohl Thomann hier alles vorbildlich geregelt und die Kommunikation immer perfekt funktioniert hat). Dennoch ist auch das dritte Exemplar nicht fehlerfrei. Wieder leichte Transportschäden und Lackabplatzer an einem Bein. Dass man mal ein Montagsmodell erwischt, kann passieren. Aber dreimal?! Bei einem Hersteller wie K&M?! Das ist schon ziemlich bedenklich. Wie gesagt, behalte die dritte Bank nur, weil ich die Retouren satt habe und mit den Mängeln diesmal gerade noch so leben kann. Aber eigentlich ist der Preis bei diesen Qualitätsmängeln deutlich zu hoch. Die Kritik bezieht sich explizit auf K&M. Thomann hat sich immer absolut korrekt und hilfsbereit verhalten. Lob an die Leute vom Thomann-Service. So geht Kundenservice.

J'aurais dû me méfier en lisant les avis précédents. Le produit est arrivé avec un coup bien net sur l'un des pieds - sans doute un problème de contrôle en usine car contenu était bien emballé.
D'autre part, l'assise est déjà assemblée d'usine. L'alignement entre la partie haute et la partie basse du cadre est approximatif (ce n'est pas aligné, il y a plusieurs degrés d'angle d'écart).
Une déception.
Je vois avec le SAV pour au moins obtenir un pied neuf.
