A friend said to me "as long as you get K&M stand you can't go wrong" He was right, the K&M stands we brought are outstanding. Rugged, sturdy, easy to use and completely portable. Will only buy K&M from now on.

Very convenient stand
Extremely well thought out stand with a fantastic adjustment mechanism. I use it with FBJ J5A monitors, which are 3.4x heavier that the official support of 1kg microphone. But they hold the speakers pretty well and the adjustment mechanism has no issues of handling such a weight. Yes, with 3.4kg speakers the stands are very flexible, but sturdy enough for careful use.
