Great tuners at a great price
I put these tuners on an Epiphone Les Paul Custom which I believe was 8 years old. I bought the guitar second hand and resprayed the guitar and replaced the tuners to locking tuners in order to maintain tuning stability at both Eb and C# tuning with 10-46s and 12-52s, respectively. The tuners look great and hold their tune fantastically well. I have another Epiphone Les Paul Custom that I will be buying a gold set of these for.
I fully recommend these locking tuners for those looking for a 10mm hole size with the screw hole being 10.5mm from the centre of the hole at a 90 degree angle.

Stronger than it looks
I bought the set as a replacement for an unbranded normal tuning machine. I chose this since it's a locking tuner from a well-known brand and it's cheap. When I first saw the product, I was a bit worried because the top lock did not give an impression of being strong enough. But after I installed it and the strings, I was amazed by how strong and reliable it is. Moreover, it is also not that hard to lock, even though a screwdriver was needed. With a back lock tuner, you don't need any tool and can just use your hand, but to get it lock you need more hand power. The top lock is actually easier to work with.
Now after few days the tuning stability is good, no problem at all. It's very reliable, as a locking tuner set should be.

Excellent upgrade for a cheap guitar!
The Kluson's are smoooth in quality, the knobs are nice and tuning is smooth. Even the washers are smooth to the touch and have a slight bowl shape to them.
I picked these, because it has a 10mm bore and the screw mount position is a direct fit replacement. I used the screws that came with the Kluson's because they have the same taper but are longer length, that will ensure a good secure fit. I did not need to over tighten the nuts.
These are my first locking machine heads, makes stringing easier, tuning is stable and looks neat.
The string holes are low, this makes a better string break angle than my original tuning machine heads.
They're an excellent price also.
I bought these to replace the machine heads on my cheap acoustic guitar, that broke because I was trying to tighten them up but failed.
I highly recommend these to upgrade your cheap guitar.

Good alternative
Replacement for any large kidney-styled machine heads. Very smooth tuning pegs, very precise. Sturdy and cheap.
One problem I had is that the previous machine heads weren't precisely made, so the new Klusons' screws didn't fit exactly in the previously drilled holes. But, they were put in a cheap guitar, so I don't consider that a flaw.

Better than Grovers
I bought these to replace the stock kidney Grovers on my Gibson Midtown Custom.
The stock tuners would never keep the strings in tune, so they had to go.
I find these replacement tuners from Kluson of better quality, as they are locking tuners.
Additionally, the feel is better - they're softer and easier to use - definitely better than the Grovers.
