I bought this after my previous one broke - after almost 30 years of use! Relatively easy to install initially, and what I love is that you can leave it completely off the instrument unless you need it and it takes a few seconds to fit. Squeeze it in tight for a fat tone, or pull it out slightly for a more transparent tone. I use in combination with a gooseneck mic. The mic provides the natural highs and dynamics, the pickup supplies feedback-proof warm fundamentals. Winning team!
