AR Resonance First Aid Euph. Brass Silver

I mounted the device on the leadpipe. At first, I used both fixing rubbers, which greatly dampened the instrument’s resonance. You could say the instrument couldn’t really be blown through. Then I used only one fixing rubber. This way it provided brutally good resonance. The difference is definitely noticeable when using it. Playing with it is stable and pleasant. It’s probably a simple “primitive” device, and also rather expensive, but for anyone who wants to get the absolute maximum out of their instrument, I highly recommend it.

Ich habe dieses First Aid an der Yamaha YBL620GE verbaut. Es wird hinter dem 1. Ventil auf das Rohr mit 2 Gummibändern montiert. Man muss mit der Position etwas herumexperimentieren. Hat man die exakte Stelle gefunden, wirkt es wirklich sehr gut! Der Ton bekommt somit deutlich mehr Kern und „streut“ nicht mehr so. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden damit. Muss aber vielleicht jeder für sich selbst herausfinden. Der Support bei AR Resonanz hatte mir freundlicherweise 2 Videos für die Montage zukommen lassen. Das war wirklich sehr hilfreich.
