Best sounding BBD delay in eurorack! Feedback with filter is so great, can nicely overdrive or make sound decay so smoothly...

Sounds like a a Space Echo when driven

I know it's weird and crazy since it's not tape, but you know that thing a Space Echo does once it starts feeding back? It has those nice driven analog-sounding repeats, Well this thing does that. It was a big surprise to me, but that's the first thing I thought of when I heard it was a Space Echo. Of course, it's not the same, and I might be completely off, but I'm just telling you what I heard. That bonus aside, the build quality is top notch, the controls are intuitive and the patch points make sense without needing to consult the manual. Most importantly the sound is superb. I also recommend adding the WMD fader caps on sliders for comfort. Overall, I'm am just blown away, to be honest after having gone through multiple delay modules. This thing has mojo and character that can only be achieved with analog.

Un module très réussi

Dans un premier temps j’ai convoité le Black BBD de chez Erica Synth mais celui-ci m’a beaucoup déçu: le son se dégrade trop rapidement pour les effets "dub" et malgré les filtres le module siffle facilement sur les retards longs.

Ce module Sarajewo était ce que je cherchais: Un delay analogique avec une chouette couleur et de la personnalité sans sacrifier aux artefacts. Utile pour les delays courts, les feedbacks façon dub, les delays au delà de 500ms. C'est aussi un module qui invite à l'expérimentation et créé de beaux effets quand on manipule le potentiomètre de retard.

Techniquement c'est du sérieux, les trois circuits BBD en cascade et les filtres tiennent leur promesses: C'est propre, les feedbacks sont sympas. Il y a plein de bonnes choses à dire: les sorties séparées, la synchro..

Je regrette tout de même l’absence de CV pour le niveau de feedback, dans ce cas il faut utiliser un VCA externe.
L’ensemble est franchement bien conçu et documenté, seuls les deux potentiomètres en plastique (feedback et tone) semblent plus fragiles. Après quelques semaines de manipulation c'est un achat que je ne regrette pas du tout.
