Much better than I expected!
This harp is simply beautiful. I was a bit nervous spending so much money on an instrument overseas, but Thomann packaged the harp very well, and there was no cosmetic damage on the harp itself.
That said, there was a damaged string, but out of the 30+ strings on it, having only one string break is very impressive. Luckily it was the lowest 'F' string, which meant I could play without issue. Thomann quickly dispatched a replacement to me; their customer care is 5*.
The harp sound quality is rich and much louder than expected. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'd definitely recommend this harp, and I will always recommend Thomann.de as a seller. Prompt, communicative, and always very friendly.

Instrument for beginners and intermedia players
I receive this Autoharp few weeks ago and already use it in several performance. In general this model is for beginners, but it can be used also for live performance.
