Combined well with the 9706NL snare stand
I used this with the 9706NL to save some floor space. It keeps the snare stand very stable. Perfectly happy.

Gibraltar SC-EA200
Good product, worked for use with no- leg snare stand, but a little too short for my needs. Can easily be adapted for several uses; mounting stands in awkward places, extending cymbal booms on racks, or stabilizing unsteady stands when fastened to a rack or other stand. I have used the EA200 to avoid a Hi hat stand shaking and creeping/moving on stage and even to mount a microphone off this extensions' grab clamp right into the bass drum. I've also used it to secure a damaged music stand and to install a boom microphone on a rack during a recording emergency where other equipment was lost; useful, and very strong-it will take a beating and can easily be employed to mount a secondary snare basket or bongo stand to a rig.

Ideal for Drum modules
I purchased this Arm so that i could mount a Roland SPD-SX on my Drum Rack, it works perfectly and is more stable than using a multi-clamp attached to a cymbal stand, because of the diameter you can easily swap it in and out of a cymbal stand base for stand alone use.....Perfect!

Needed something for reach and this was an easy choice. As a Gibraltar-fan, I can honestly say, if you need something for reach, distance or stealth placing, these will help. Strong, sturdy, never have to worry about them give in on you.

Sturdy
I've got it holding my sample pad coming up from a stealth rack crossbar. Very strong, simple to use, my only issue is I don't have a memory lock the size of the bottom section.

Gibraltar extension arm
I use this arm to clamp my hi-hat stand to my Stealth rack system and now it is locked into position and never moves, no matter how hard I play!
