Flamma FS07 Cab IR Loader

Update: As of this morning the Flamma software (which keeps on getting flagged as non-trusted by Windows) without any update, stops recognizing the device, stating it needs a firmware upgrade. No upgrade to be found on the flamma website. To rely on pc software has broken many features of many musical products over the years and this product proofs again that connecting your pc with your hardware for ease of configuration and loss of this ability over time (have the same issue with a fender superchamp x2, where some features can't even be reached anymore..) should be taken into account. So this is why quality now gets only three stars as the software quality is taken into account and the loss of features also a negative point in handling.

Mainly playing directly into my mixer/recorder at line level, using two Boss Pedals (ST-2 and BC-2) as pre-amps, mostly using the UK212 cab and adding some latency on one of cabs to fatten up the sound. This setup is very convenient also when using my stereo effects (I use a lehle P-Split III passive splitter to split the single guitar source). My other setup is in the effects loop of my amp where one output of the fs07 goes to the return in the effects loop and the other is used for recording.
The easiest way to get to know the pedal is by downloading the software and connecting the pedal via usb. The application shows you your adjustments realtime, so after a view tries you can do it on the pedal without the visual confirmation on your pc screen.
This is my first try on the realm of IR's, made possible by the comparable low price. For recording this could become my goto setup, as it's much more convenient to setup quickly than my amps and it is completely silent. I might also be in the market for the amp modeler Flamma FS06.

Für nicht einmal 100€ bekommt man hier einen Stereo IR Loader, der ohne Probleme eigene oder 3rd-Party Cabs (z.B. GGD Zilla Cabs) aufnimmt und diese absolut "originalgetreu" wiedergibt. Man kann sogar auf den linken und rechten Output verschiedene Cabs legen, für noch mehr Klangvielfalt.

Ich bin durchweg begeistert und werde definitiv noch mehr Flamma Produkte checken. Sicher, die Website und der kostenlose IR Editor sehen noch ein bisschen holperig aus und haben den ein oder anderen Schreibfehler; bei dem was einem allerdings bei diesem Preis geboten wird, ist das völlig irrelevant.

Absolute Empfehlung von mir, vor allem für die, die schon immer mal live ein Stereo-Setup fahren wollten, aber nicht ausreichend Amps oder Platz auf der Bühne zur Verfügung hatten.

wenn etwas Scheiße ist dann ist es eben einfach Scheiße und es darf einfach nicht heißen """naja für den Preis kann man nicht mehr erwarten"". Doch kann man !! selbst wenn´s ganz umsonst wäre würde es mich dann dennoch meine kostbare Zeit kosten, diese Kiste zeigt es halt einfach das gut und ""billig"" trotzdem funktioniert, ich hatte das Teil mal schnell angeschlossen und hab´s mal schnell ans Ende der Kette gesetzt- zwischen Volumepedal und Looper, irgendwie hmmm naja, selbstverständlich gehört es vor dem Volumepedal und irgendwie bin ich begeistert, es hört sich wirklich alles sehr gut an, nämlich so wie man es erwarten würde, bei vielen teuren Multieffekten hören sich die CAB oft einfach Scheiße an- da kann man einstellen was man will, andere Teure sind sehr oft nur als Monogeräte ausgelegt- alles Mist, dieses Teil hier ist Stereo -das finde ich sehr wichtig für Geräte die ans Ende der Signalkette kommen sollten, Klanglich einfach wirklich gut, die Verarbeitung finde ich persönlich auch sehr gut, manche verr. Menschen bezeichnen oft mal was als """billig anfühlend""" , solch Beurteilungen finde ich nicht sehr hilfreich sondern eher dumm, entweder ist etwas gut oder halt eben schlecht und nicht billig gefühlt, also nochmal....die Verarbeitung ist hier wirklich einfach gut (zumindest äußerlich), klanglich auch sehr gut und dazu noch wirklich einfach zu bedienen sowohl beim spielen und programmieren bzw. einstellen als auch danach im normalen Betrieb, das einstellen und spielen kann man auch sehr gut am PC machen um nicht immer bei jedem mal Knopf drehen wollen sich mit der Klampfe über die Wampen zum Gerät buckeln zu müssen, also ich kann das Ding nur empfehlen und hoffen das der Preis für die Geräte dieser Marke auch weiterhin so günstig bleibt

Sorties stéréo avec choix de latence droite / gauche, ça fait le job et l'interaction avec les potards directement, permet une gestion du rendu sonore très efficace rapidement.
En sortie du torpedo ça envoie mais en preamp out ça fonctionne pas mal aussi !
Logiciel simple et efficace sur le PC si besoin.

Pour une marque assez récente, inconnu au bataillon... chapeau !!
